I’ve been using OPay for some time now and I honestly find it really convenient. The app is fast, easy to use, and makes sending money or paying bills super simple. I like that I can buy airtime, pay for electricity, and even fund betting wallets without any stress. Their transaction fees are low or even free most times, which is a big plus.
The cashback rewards and bonuses are also a nice touch—it makes using the app feel worth it. So far, I haven’t had any serious issues, though once in a while the app can be a bit slow or hang, especially during peak hours. But overall, it’s reliable, and I actually prefer it over some regular banking apps. It just makes handling money day-to-day a lot easier.
What I love most about OPay is how fast it is. Whether I’m sending money to another bank or paying for services, it goes through instantly. No delays, no stories. Even during high network traffic times when other banking apps fail, OPay still works perfectly. It’s been a lifesaver more than once. If possible I will give 10 stars 🤩

Nnormally I'm always scared of the fact that there's no place to find them and keeping huge amount of money used to be my fear but now I'm settled because there are a few banks in nigeria of opay
I also like the limit they put and how accessible you can use opay

Abysmal Customer Service. You can't reach them via any means. Their live chat doesn't even work. Yet if you owe ocash all their lines will work. A service with this useless of a customer care support should not me used by anyone. It's the definition of when it's going good it's going good but once it goes bad, you are on your own. Im going to their office tomorrow to cancel my account
