Review Time
As a former user of PalmPay who had a bad experience during their loan retrieval, I wasn’t all in for OPay. I downloaded it and didn’t utilize it until I deleted my PalmPay account and needed another mobile bank account. Since then, oPay has been such a reliable mobile bank. I haven’t explored their loan feature but all other features that I’ve used are so pleasant.
Getting a loan should not be something that would frustrate someone's life. We all have one reasons or the other why we opted for loans from all of these loan apps, but opay shouldn't then capitalize on these to make life more unbearable.
Like 4 months ago,I was in dire need of cash and have gotten nowhere else to turn to, so I decided to try out opay, and to my utmost surprise, the interest I was asked to pay was almost half of what I wanted to borrow, if I have had the half then, there wouldn't be reasons for me to borrow again.
I think they should look into that aspect and do something about it.
Although processing the loan was not stressful and does not take time, but the interest rate is always something else
