Having a sure platform to run to when facing some life's challenges is one of the things that reduces burdens on someone
Been using the app for loan for the past 2 years now, and all I can say is that they have been nothing but great.
The only challenge I have with them is their interest rate which is a little on the high side. I can't afford such high interest at hand and decide to opt for a loaning app
But their customers care service is topnotch as they attend to customers complaints without delay
Opay my best gee, opay has a very good transaction network that makes me do a seamless transfer and I receive a quick response from their customer care once I make complaint.
I also enjoy their loan aspect, I get a higher limit of pay, no unnecessary calls and easy disturbsement.

OPay is convenient for quick transfers, bill payments, and airtime purchases, and I like that transactions are usually fast with low charges. But sometimes, the app glitches or delays transactions, and getting help from customer service can be slow or stressful. It’s useful overall, but not perfect.
