Opay is my trusted online bank. I've been using the app since 2021. I do all my daily transactions with it and they deliver fast to any bank. I don't get charged at least in my first 3 transactions.
I do get interest in my savings and if I want to save some money for a project, I enjoy using it. Last year December I got 20k plus in my Owealth savings. Christmas was dope
Every week too, I dey get voucher for free airtime 😋
I've not had any reason to use their customer service yet, but I heard they are fast.
I have to admit, Opay is super convenient. It's helped me in tight situations like transferring money when the bank app was down. But not everything is perfect. There’ve been times the app just froze or the transaction took forever to reflect. Still, I find myself going back because it gets the job done 90% of the time.
OPay is fast and easy to use. I love how quick their transfers are, and the app is user-friendly. It’s great for paying bills, buying airtime, and sending money without delays. But sometimes, the app glitches or goes down when you really need it. Also, customer service can be slow to respond when issues come up. Overall, it’s convenient and useful, but they need to improve app stability and customer support for a better experience.
Opay should be given the best digital banking in Nigeria for their swift transactions, my transactions on Opay to other banks has been smooth with no hiccups. I also like the idea of "save as you spend" on the application. Kudos to Opay.
I don't know why I like using opay so much. It is user friendly and full of many saving plans. I used the target saving plan to save money for 4months and I was happy at the end. The daily auto deduction was so smooth without any failed day. Opay is the best
I like opay and in fact, it is the digital online banking I use the most. But there is something opay is doing which I don't like. I was owing mtn a sum of #1000 and I did a direct data of 1.5g for two days at #600 from my opay app to my mtn line. To my surprise, I got a message from mtn that my debit was remaining #400. Chai! I couldn't cry that day ooo. At least they ought to display it on their app that if you are owing a service provider and you subscribe on their app that it will be automatically converted to Airtime to settle debt.
I love opay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well
