Nice app but needs improvement

This app is good for transactions but their charges is way too much for what i want. For me, it is not like other apps that gives free transfer and airtime gifts on some occasion. I pray they improve soon!

Balance not showing urgent fix needed

i had this app since last year but all of a sudden it stopped showing my details balance and keep saying I should try so I don't know what to do about it, it is good but please since am using it for a business please the problem should be well taken care of

High cost of transaction

The cost of transaction in Moniepoint is high.. They don't operate like other online banks.. No free daily transfers.. They need to upgrade and compete with other online banks

Best for POS business

Nothing like free daily transfer

Moniepoint is not operating like online banks at all... Other online banks do give at least 3 free transfers on your money everyday... Moniepoint gives nothing...

I receive email for every transaction in my account

Why I like moniepoint app is that my money is safe with them because I receive email for everything that is happening in my account just like my real bank app

Slow transaction and no free daily transfer

I'm giving Moniepoint 1 star because, their transaction is slow, secondly all other online bank like Palmpay gives free transfers per day but Moniepoint doesn't give their customers this benefit..

No free transfer

I abandoned my Moniepoint account because they don't give free transfers while transferring money... Other online banks do.. But I don't know why Moniepoint own is different. They should try and put in some benefits for their customers..

Not accountable with money keep ,charges much

Ever since I opened moniepoint account around May this year, I am not pleased when it comes to been accountable for my money.
Once I login on my moniepoint app,they deduct money ,not considering the fact that I used my data to access it.
One single click on the app,pressing anything, they deduct money and this has made me stop using the app.
They should get online tactics from other online banking
