Opay is the wonderful online bank I have ever know I have been using this app I graduated from secondary secondary that was over 3 years now June 21, it was the easiest and no charges of money , easy transaction without hanging .
There is a particular time I sent money to my friend and she did not see the alert and the money was deducted in my account I couldn't even lodge a complain about and they return my money within 24 hours .
It was the best , I bought airtime and data from the app.
Opay being one of the famous digital bank in Nigeria has gained so much ground. But I don't understand why they mostly give out verve cards instead of master cards. I have a verve card and I have been trying since yesterday to subscribe my showmax so that I will be able to watch Big brother Naija but it did not go through.
Opay has been my go to online digital banking and it is the bank I use for my business. It is a good bank no doubt but I don't know what happened since last month, I have not been getting alert like I used to. At times I might even get the alert of transaction I make today in a day or two days after. Do I have to always log in to my app but I will know I'm credited? Opay Management needs to work on that please.
Honestly, I love using the Opay app. It’s super fast, easy to navigate, and makes sending money or paying bills stress-free. I like that transactions go through almost instantly, and I’ve had little to no issues using it. Definitely one of my favorite banking apps right now.
