Have been using opay for more than 3 years now, and I haven't gotten any issue with them
If I sent money it always went successful, even sometimes that it kee processing, I don't panic because I know they'll surely refund or successful
I rate them 5 star cox it worth it
Aside using my opay account for smooth transactions I never knew they also give out loans, it was just few weeks back that I was checking out the app and saw the option, I applied and they gave me 6k loan. Opay keeps surprising me.
Upgrading of Opay account to tier 3 is very difficult I tried upgrading recently after confirming my face ID the still demanded for utility bill and the rest, I don't know what all this protocol is for I have sha left my account in tier 2
OPay is a convenient app for making payments, buying airtime, and sending money. Transactions are generally fast and secure. I like the user-friendly design and how easy it is to use. However, once in a while, there are glitches—like delayed reversals or app freezing. Also, resolving issues through customer service could be faster. Still, it’s a good platform that just needs better support and more stability
Opay's customer service and attention to customer's issue is top notch. On the 16th of July, I used the electricity feature in Opay to recharge light, the transaction failed but I was debited. I used the Opay instant messaging to report the issue and within 24hours, my money was reversed.
