Bank with beautiful staff

I've never had to wait long on the queue when visiting this bank as they attend to customers very fast and they also have a good number of staff. Their customer service is professional and straight to the point from the branches I've used so far. I've been using this bank for more than 6 years.

Great bank for savings

The first day I went into this bank in Uselu, I enjoyed their service and thought of banking with them as my salary account. The only issue I do have is network failure when using the app sometime. Their physical service for me is always stress less, they smile and always want to help.

Glitchy and unreliable fixed errors ASAP

This app is so frustrating! I just installed it and now it’s already misbehaving. I cannot access my history again, all it keeps saying is “no record.” When I urgently want to make a transaction, suddenly same error, which I detest. Please.

Their login is now going well with me after my complain

A bit confusing at first but I was able to login after the registration the new app would require re-learning through having read other people reviews as they encounter series of challenges

Very quick in transferring and receiving

Sincerely this is one of the best banking app on this platform it has been a wonderful experience using this platform one thing I love about it is that one can set his /her transfer limit in a day to any amount he wishes,in addition,it is easy to use and understand I will give this a 100 start if there is any provision for that

Experience is so smooth I love them in the way of update

The experience so far is smooth and reliable I am particularly impressed with the rate of reversal for Failed transaction too however I did encourage the developer to implement the use of debit or visual card or send an OTP so that we can log into the app seamlessly when we change our device

It is frustrating me

Zenith Bank app is frustrating for not letting me log in nor reset my password for over 24 hours to finally letting me in but I can't make use of the app I can't buy airtime or data I can't transfer money it keeps saying one nonsense or the other please face the app it is totally frustrating

They mostly remove 700 naria when I get my payment at the end of the month

I used this bank to receive salary from my company, but the problem is they always remove 700+ NGN anytime I receive my salary, I still don't understand why till date

I'd say, not perfect yet but good.

Actually my mom banks with zenith, one of the best banks to work with.. they are responsive and always helpful,they go above and beyond with their loan process though their network can be crazily annoying sometimes, frustrated me recently but I highly recommend..
