Jumia Dash makes online shopping pretty convenient. I like how easy it is to browse and place orders, and the payment process is smooth. Delivery is usually on time, but sometimes it takes longer than expected or comes with slight issues in packaging. Customer service replies, but not always promptly. It's a helpful platform, just not 100% reliable every time. Still, a solid option for online shopping in Nigeria.
Review of Opay
OPay is a convenient app for making payments, buying airtime, and sending money. Transactions are generally fast and secure. I like the user-friendly design and how easy it is to use. However, once in a while, there are glitches—like delayed reversals or app freezing. Also, resolving issues through customer service could be faster. Still, it’s a good platform that just needs better support and more stability
Review of MTN Nigeria
"MTN's network is kind of good, but there's a problem with their network. Sometimes, the network goes off for about 30 seconds to a minute. For those of us playing DLS,e-football and COD Mobile, this becomes a big problem. Within that 30 seconds to a minute, someone using another network could have scored a goal against us, or our connection might just go lost and we forfeit the game. They need to put in more work on that."
Review of GOtv Nigeria
GOtv Nigeria offers a fair variety of channels at a relatively affordable price, which I appreciate. The picture quality is generally okay, and the interface is simple to use. However, there are times when the signal drops unexpectedly, even when the weather is clear. Also, some of the customer service responses take longer than expected. Overall, it works fine most of the time, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in stability and support.
