Review Time
The constant cool air-conditioning in GTB at many locations that I've visited stood out for me. I always want to use their ATM stand in hot days just to cool my head at least. The customer care service always attend to me in a nice way too. They always have give new naira notes to give anytime I request.
I loved GTBank not until on the 3rd of February when I transferred 1k from my Opay account to my GTBank which was a savings account; I have not seen that money till date . It is a small money but it's painful
Have bn using gt bank since 2018,they are good back then with no network problem,but recently is like there system have really changed,from Bad network to worst,throughout December period i couldnt make a transaction,in which i have to withdraw some momey for festival period,i was very disappointed,there network was bad through out last year November to December. I have to withdraw all my money to another reliable bank.
I think GTBank can do better with There network
