Abysmal Customer Service. You can't reach them via any means. Their live chat doesn't even work. Yet if you owe ocash all their lines will work. A service with this useless of a customer care support should not me used by anyone. It's the definition of when it's going good it's going good but once it goes bad, you are on your own. Im going to their office tomorrow to cancel my account
Review of DStv Nigeria
Dstv went from worse to worse for the last few years.
They are repeating cheap, old movies to death. Cartoons on every Mnet till 5 pm.
Nothing new anymore, nothing interesting anymore.
Their charges went up, their quality went down.
I used to love it. I still have in 4 different countries, but I will soon disconnect it.
It is a very boring cable provider now.
