Mtn is like two sides of the same coin, they have good network connection in most places and then, high data cost. And when I sub my mtn line, it finishes too fast, like, am I sharing the data with their head office.
One of the thing l love about mtn is the fact that they open chances for people that has been using their sim for a long time and the fact that people that buy airtime and data frequently they open good plan for the person, l also appreciate how they allow me express myself through their customer service although it might take time to speak to them but I will eventually talk to them, l love mtn because except it’s a general service black out there’s no where you get to that you can complain of no service l really award then 100% in that aspect
"MTN's network is kind of good, but there's a problem with their network. Sometimes, the network goes off for about 30 seconds to a minute. For those of us playing DLS,e-football and COD Mobile, this becomes a big problem. Within that 30 seconds to a minute, someone using another network could have scored a goal against us, or our connection might just go lost and we forfeit the game. They need to put in more work on that."
Have bn using my MTN network for 10years,since university days in Futa,have never bn dissapointed,when other network is having issues,MTN w always perform wonders,their data services is super excellent,the airtime tarrif rate and data deduction is good,I have other network sim,but it can't be compare to MTN service.
