Mtn need to do something about their customer service... The response is too slow... I called them yesterday... They kept playing music and giving me instructions that doesn't even concern what I'm calling them for... They wasted time and I ended the call angrily....
MTN needs to improve their service. Yesterday, I bought a data plan, and after deducting my airtime, it took five whole hours before the data started working. This kind of delay is frustrating and unacceptable.
