I like MTN because the network strong well well. Calls clear, internet fast most of the time, no much wahala with connection. Recharging data and airtime quick, no stress.
But the data dem dey sell be like say na gold. E finish quick quick, and the bundles no too friendly if you like use plenty data. Sometimes their promos no too make sense, like e no really help.
If MTN fit reduce the data price small and give better bundles, e go better. But for now, I still dey use am because network no dey fail me.
I just stepped out to buy MTN airtime and I'm told is #220 for #200 airtime, but other network the price isn't like that. Is it because you people have plenty customers so you decided to increase the price of the airtime, why add #20 to the normal price?
There have been network blackout since Feb here in Ilupeju especially at Adepegba crescent due to faulty mast and after several calls, nothing has been done.
Hence, have been frustrated to using alternative networks though.
Something should be done.
MTN has been my main network for years, and I’d say it’s one of the most reliable in terms of coverage. Whether I’m in the city or traveling, I usually get a stable signal, and the internet speed is pretty good most of the time. It's one of the reasons I’ve stuck with them.
That said, their data bundles can be a bit pricey compared to some other networks. I often find myself running out of data faster than expected. Also, customer service is hit or miss sometimes helpful, other times not so much.
Still, I give them credit for consistency. Their network rarely disappoints when it matters, especially for calls and internet. If you're after strong coverage and decent speed, MTN is definitely one of the better options out there, even if it comes at a slightly higher cost.
MTN should please work on their network most especially in Akungba AKOKO the service is always bad students area for that matter and also the way MTN is deducting data from pro sim is kinda much 3gb data cannot last for 3hrs is bad nah please work on this and please help to reduce your data price it has been 5 months now that I do sub on my MTN sim last and is because of high price of data
Mtn seems to be my favorite line for calls. The network is strong even when I travel to rural areas. However, I don't enjoy their data price. I only subscribe small amount for emergency when other networks are buffering and I need fast internet connection.
My mtn data finishes very fast I don't know how they prime it.
