My experience with MTN

My experience with MTN network was on 25/05/2025
I want to retrieve my blocked sim card, so on getting to MTN office they said the number is still much going through but with another person
When the attendant checked the profile it was half my name that is there and it is not my profile picture
It pains me because I couldn't check my Jamb score

MTN night plan is costly now and finishes too fast.

MTN network is reliable in my area around Ikoja Road, Akure. However, I’m not happy with their night plan. It used to be ₦50 for 500MB and lasted longer. Now it’s ₦75 for the same data, but it finishes quickly. The change is disappointing and frustrating.

Reliable Network, But Not Pocket-Friendly"

MTN is very reliable for calls and browsing, and their services are easy to access digitally. But the high cost of data and slow customer support bring the experience down. If they can make their data more affordable and improve customer service, they’d easily be a 5-star provider.

Poor Network in my area

Mtn network in my area has been very poor... Expecially during day time... You can't even browse the Internet at all.. After spending much money on subscription.. I can't still enjoy it at all
