MTN network in Oda Town used to be good for both calling and browsing before,but all of a sudden it stopped working for browsing during the day only in the night that less people are making use of the network,It will just be rolling rolling. I hope something can be done to this on time maybe by building more mask in oda town.
You guys delay a whole lot sending OTP just to log in. it never comes. Fix that let me access my data. I've reinstalled the app several times like this directed and its still the same thing. I've not been able to use the app since the 13th of January 2025. This is beyond frustrating. What can I do at this point? It's more than a month and this issue hasn't been fixed. I still cannot log in to my MTN app
The app has been decent for a while, but each update just keeps making it difficult to use.
Previously, I could stay logged in for a while before having to re-authenticate myself. With the latest update, I have to sign back in every time I want to use the app.
This would not have been an issue if the sign in experience was always successful, but for days I wasn't able to sign back in as the token being received just fails to work, thereby essentially logging me out of managing my linked numbers on devices that are not in a phone
MTN is my go to for clear calls and internet use.
But trying to reach their customer care can be exhausting. I once got stuck in a billing issue and waited forever to get it resolved. Please, improve support response, MTN. you're too big for delays like this.
Also, I don't know why we don't receive bonuses when we purchase airtime again.
In Oke-Aro area of Akure, MTN’s signal is honestly poor. It shows full bars sometimes, but nothing loads, even simple browsing takes forever. I’ve changed SIM slots, used different phones, no difference. Works well in town, but this area is still frustrating.
As much as I like using mtn being that they offer the best network in Nigeria, they are gradually eating me up financially. I don't know how they are deducting my data lately. I subscribed for 2g for one month at #1500 and it finished within 24hrs and I can't even account for what I used it for. They should work on their data consumption rate please.
Have been using MTN network for over 7 years now and am so satisfied with their network provider, vast coverage,their customer service response after waiting for some times while enjoying musicals.

Although MTN data subscription is on the high side and the more I recharged,the more my data subscription bundle on *121# increases but in all MTN is doing wonderfully well.
Have been using MTN Nigeria for the past 20years,but recently MTN tariff has bn on high side,both data and Airtime,I loaded a airtime of #200 I called only one person with 1 minute 30seconds and I I send a text to only 1 person also,when I was about to called another person,MTN voice over was telling me 1 minute remaining,how did w arrive at buying 200airtime without using it to call up to 4 minutes,same thing happened to my data plan,I hardly use data plan of 1gb just for a day,just only on WhatsApp and at time check my Facebook before you know all the data is bn exusted,like seriously MTN Nigeria need to do something about there tarrif and reduce the price of data in the country
MTN has been with me through thick and thin from late-night online classes to urgent business calls. I love the speed and coverage. But I should be real, the data prices could be friendlier and their customer support can be slow. I just wish they'd improve a bit more because the potential is there.
