Their good and great but their data rate are too high and they consume a lot of data, and they are good at borrowing me card and data and I see that whenever I recharge after deducting it they will still borrow me I love them for that

MTN app

About the MTN app, there is delay on sending OTP just to log in. Most times it never comes.
Fix that and let me access my data.

Depletion of data within a few days

MTN data plans have been a letdown for me. Despite paying for a supposedly 'unlimited' plan, I've consistently experienced data depletion within a few days.

MTN great service

MTN is my number one even though their data is getting more expensive by the day.

I borrow airtime with it and it solves emergency most times. Their free data also helps but it doesn't last long.

My experience with their customer support has always been seamless. Last month, my MTN Mifi double data package expired, i called and got a detailed explanation and the customer support guy even advice me to take higher plan that can save me more data.

MTN is great, pls just reduce data price.

Extra time and extra data prevented me being stranded

Mtn network is the network have been using for a while now,it has a very strong connection,
My personal experience with mtn network is in the issue of airtime,I noticed that whenever I just recharged,they quickly remove my card,they are interested in making my airtime finish on time so I will recharge again.
I also love the fact that I can borrow extra time and extra data from them at my most needed.
Extra times has saved me a lot of times when I don't have money and times I needed to make urgent calls .

Data offer

My experience is on MTN data offer.
I love the data offer where I can buy 1.5gb of data at 300 naira, better than buying at data hub center at 800 naira per GB

Best Network

I’ve been using MTN for years, and honestly, their network is one of the most reliable in Nigeria. The data speed is usually fast, and calls are clear. I also like the MyMTN App , it makes it easy to manage data, airtime, and promos.
