Review of DStv Nigeria

High pricing

I love Dstv for many reasons
Quality visuals, many selections, strong network and the likes. But their pricing is annoying to a common man. Its more like a waste for me to subscribe 16k plus a month and only watch one hour in some days. Another annoying thing is repetition of movies, they will replay one movie many times in a week.

I subscribed this month with this nigeria light issue, only God know what I will enjoy.
Abeg, give us new movies and reduce subscription price.

Review of Access Bank

Access bank with network issues

I have been using Access bank since 2021 as salary account. I have not been able to use their ATM card ever since, it is one story or the other. March this year, i still went to get a card no master card and to activate the verve card that was available they were complaining of network issues.

Their app is not bad except when network is bad. Their charges are also not great for me.

I wish to still have an ATM card but going to their office gives me headache (crowd, network issues etc.).

Review of MTN Nigeria

MTN great service

MTN is my number one even though their data is getting more expensive by the day.

I borrow airtime with it and it solves emergency most times. Their free data also helps but it doesn't last long.

My experience with their customer support has always been seamless. Last month, my MTN Mifi double data package expired, i called and got a detailed explanation and the customer support guy even advice me to take higher plan that can save me more data.

MTN is great, pls just reduce data price.

Review of Palmpay

Palmpay usage experience

I've been using PalmPay for my regular bills payment since 2021. I have not had any reason to reach out to their support until April 15 when I subscribed and was debited twice. I called their customer support and all they could say is that the error was from my end, that I did the transaction twice. I was asked to forward my complain to one of their support email, but no refund of my money or data was made till date.

While that hurt, I'm still using the app because it is free and fast for my daily transaction. They also give interest on all cash in the app cashbox.

I will rate them five stars when next I encounter issue and get it solved.
