I've been using PalmPay for my regular bills payment since 2021. I have not had any reason to reach out to their support until April 15 when I subscribed and was debited twice. I called their customer support and all they could say is that the error was from my end, that I did the transaction twice. I was asked to forward my complain to one of their support email, but no refund of my money or data was made till date.
While that hurt, I'm still using the app because it is free and fast for my daily transaction. They also give interest on all cash in the app cashbox.
I will rate them five stars when next I encounter issue and get it solved.
