I've been a StarTimes subscriber for a while, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The signal quality is often poor, and I've experienced frequent disruptions to my viewing. The customer support hasn't been very helpful either, with long wait times and unresponsive representatives.
Review of GOtv Nigeria
I've been impressed with GOtv's customer support, particularly the MyGOtv app, which allows me to manage my account, check my balance, and resolve issues quickly.
The Enhanced Decoder Notification function is also a nice touch. The fact that it keeps me informed about my viewing days left, special offers, and new content is what I love most.
Review of MTN Nigeria
MTN is my go to for clear calls and internet use.
But trying to reach their customer care can be exhausting. I once got stuck in a billing issue and waited forever to get it resolved. Please, improve support response, MTN. you're too big for delays like this.
Also, I don't know why we don't receive bonuses when we purchase airtime again.
Review of Facebook
It's a good platform but too many irrelevant ads. Facebook is good for keeping up with family and friends, and I've found some really useful groups. But the ads lately have become too much, sometimes irrelevant and repetitive. I hope they bring back more of that personal feel it used to have.
