I used FairMoney when I needed a quick loan, and honestly, the process was fast and easy. The app is simple to use, and I got the money in my account within hours. That really helped me sort out an emergency.
However, the interest rates are a bit high compared to some other lenders. Also, their customer service can be slow sometimes when you want to ask questions or resolve issues. I think they can improve on communication.
Overall, FairMoney is reliable if you need cash quickly, but just watch out for the interest.
I’ve been using fairMoney for a while now, and I have mixed feelings. On one hand, it’s been really helpful in emergencies, when I needed money fast they came through almost instantly. The app itself is easy to use, and the whole process from application to disbursement is pretty smooth. You don’t have to go through long processes or paperwork, which is a big plus.
However, the interest rates are something to be cautious about. They’re quite high, and if you’re not careful with repayment, it can become a bit overwhelming. I also noticed the app tends to send a lot of reminders as the due date approaches. I understand the need for that, but it can feel a bit excessive at times.
Customer support is okay, not the best, but not terrible either. Sometimes responses are quick and helpful, other times it feels like you're talking to a bot.
FairMoney does what it promises. It’s good for short-term needs, but definitely not something I’d rely on regularly. If you’re disciplined about paying back on time, it can be a useful financial backup.
My bike broke down on a rainy day in Ogo-Oluwa area, and I didn’t have enough cash on me. I applied for a quick loan on FairMoney and got credited before I even finished explaining to the repair guy. That moment really made me appreciate how useful these loan apps can be.
Fairmoney used to represent it name by being fair to their customers in terms of loan repayment. I remembered collecting a loan of #100,000 in 2022 and I was to pay everything back within six months. Based on the low interest, I was able to pay the money within the stipulated time. Last week,I tried to borrow on fairmoney app again, a sum of 30,000 but the interest was not fair at all. I had to go and get the money elsewhere because the interest is killing. Things are not as easy as before so they should reduce their interest rate.
No thought the app is very easy to use.
I have used this app twice and had issues both times, the first issue I ignored but this one is way too expensive.
I took a loan and I wasn't able to pay after two days of the due date, but the money was auto debited (repaid) and yet it's still reflecting on my dashboard that I'm still owing, the rate is still increasing everyday. I have sent email no response, sent message to the customer service nothing was done.
I’ve used FairMoney a couple of times, and to be honest, it really helps when you’re in a tight spot. The loan comes in fast no long process, no paperwork, just straight to the point.
What I liked most is how quick the whole thing is. Within minutes, the money was in my account. The app is easy to use too I even pay bills and buy airtime on it.
What I don’t really like is the interest. It can be a bit high, especially if you don’t repay early. And sometimes the customer service takes time to respond. But overall, it does what it says. Just borrow wisely and don’t depend on it too often.
Fairmoney! I'm really disappointed. How could you have drastically reduced
my loan limit to a token after repayment of a huge sum even before the due dates. I collected a loan 3 months ago that supposed to be repaid on 2 installments, but I decided to refund the whole
money on 1 installment before the respective due dates. Upon checking in to reapply for another loan, I was shocked to see ordinary 8,000 loan limit on the dashboard after N133,200 repayment.
It has a good loan offer amount, depending on your income rate, but their interest rate can be frustrating.
And they don't joke with their repayment when due, there was a time my loan was due for payment and I couldn't make the payment on time, they began to call my constantly
I mistakenly borrow 100k from you people after I pay off loan that I borrowed from you people before, when I saw the money dropped I Immediately send the money back and I called one of ur staff to report and he said ok.
You people put interest of 60k on 100k can you see that is a sign of fraud. Not 20 or 30k and you people are disturbing me to may for interest of money that I did not even spend and one of ur stupid staff even called me with her own number abusing me is like I will report you people with this art of harassment that is you people blood.
Don't you check ur laptop and see that hv refund ur money that you been calling me for.
