The last time I wanted to borrow from FairMoney, I was discouraged by the high interest rate. Please consider reducing it to make borrowing easier and less stressful for customers.

You can extend your payback

The more I payback my loan, the more they increase my limit to borrow more .. The payment payback can even be extended with little money for your convenience....very good organisation.

Urgent 2k with interest, fairmoney ghat you

In as much as the app has helped me with loans, they spam me via their in app notification, I hear my message notification, I check and it's fairmoney telling me to upgrade to tier 3 for higher loans, like they send the same notification over and over again.

High interest rate

Fairmoney Intrest is very high.... Like how can you borrow money and you will have to pay more than 10% of what you borrow. They really need to review it and bring down the interest a little bit 5% Intrest isn't bad.

Fairmoney has lenient with me in my loan repayment

Fairmoney seems to be the best loan app I have ever used. I took a loan of #100,000 since 2023 which was supposed to pay up in 2024. But due to some financial crisis I had, I stopped paying after paying for the first 4months. One of their customer representative called me and asked me why I have not been paying my debt. I explained things to her and she encouraged me to be paying little by little without any harassment. I am still paying the loan till now. I got a message from BFree two days ago to remind of my balance and that I should pay it up. They have been lenient with me. Thanks to them for their patient.

Better improvement needed

I used my FairMoney card at a supermarket, but the payment didn’t go through. I sent them emails and messages on social media, but they didn’t respond. It’s been months now, and I still haven’t gotten my money back, it just disappeared.”

Fix the registration issues

I just downloaded the FairMoney app a little while ago and was super excited to set up my account. But every time I put in my details, it keeps saying user already exists, which is weird because I have never used the app before.i hope they could help me figure this out? I’m really eager to dive into all the cool stuff FairMoney has to offer.

Take your loan

The app is user friendly and their loan disbursement is fast but their loan interest is high which should be reviewed downwards and also, they do harass customers when it comes to loan repayment.
