I love Palmpay their transaction is always smooth and fast but I have two issues one I noticed I don't receive notification anymore since I updated the app always have issue with subscribing star time Pay TV sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view it happens today and I didn't get refund and my TV didn't show as well
Palmpay is good in aspect of sending and receiving payments but their interest fee is really high in aspect of loan ,I remember when I borrowed 20k and I didn't pay on the due date it took some weeks though by the time I checked to make payments the interest fee pass the amount I borrowed
Palmpay is an online banking that I so much like for its fast transactions and other benefits attached to it. But I was disgraced because of palmpay yesterday. I went to somewhere to get things and cash and I made a transfer of 5k before I left the place. I woke up this morning and I discovered it was refunded back to my account. I opened my WhatsApp and I saw a message from an unknown number insulting and calling me all kinds of names. He thought I lied that I sent the money. I had to explain to him what happened. Palmpay really disgraced me yesterday. I sent the money back to the person this morning.
My experience about using palmpay over the years has been awesome and i love everything about there interface and they are reliable and giving in sence of the cashback i get from buying pf card's and data even up t referring friends and the interest i get from saving my money in there lock safe
Palmpay is one of the best app for saving and has a lot of benefits,they help saving my money for rainy days and I also gets daily interest
They have free transfer and also help in loans.
The loan aspect is actually okay but the loanable amount is too low and they need to reduce their interest and the way they call when it's due it's really annoying and treating the costumers and increase on the interest needs to be addressed properly and the sudden froze of loan is not helping please my account has be frozen for a while now and am unable borrow loan anymore
