The service is top notch and it sweets my heart to be part of the community but the aspect of opening the app without an ATM should be looked into because at some cases someone might not want an ATM and the same time don't want to reach the bank and he or she cannot access their money through the mobile app.
Another thing is my app got logged out at some time when the internet is bad and you have to relogin again and this automatically change your limit for 48hrs which is not appropriate because I never did logout my account but it did by itself so, that should be fixed too, you can add additional verification process instead of locking it up for 48hrs, what if there was an hospital emergency and you know how most private hospital behaves in Nigeria, payment before attending to their patients, please look into this complaints, thank you
