Review of Palmpay
This is a great to substitute with banks for smaller amount of transactions. Transfers are fast and airtime top ups comes with little bonuses but my problem with this app is that they have a lot of spam numbers that wouldn't allow one focus with their daily activities, I've blocked not less than 8 numbers so far. It's just really annoying to be honest.
Review of Facebook
I'm appalled by Facebook's abrupt account suspension. No warning, no explanation, no chance to fix whatever issue supposedly led to this. One minute | was using the app, enjoying its features, and the next, I'm locked out just like that.
And this is the fourth time this year The support team is non-responsive and unhelpful. No answers to my queries, no
solutions, no nothing. And it's really annoying. The worst part is that my data, my time. All lost due to their Harsh decision-making.
Review of DStv Nigeria
Using the App.
The previous version worked better, this has a few bugs made worse by a poor customer service experience. Here are the
issues I could fit in under 500 characters:
1. Under Live help this keeps timing out such that I have to keep ending the chat and reconnecting in order to see what the agent has responded.
2. The staff basically told me it was a "me" problem and that I'm the only one who has complained so it must be me.
3. This app does not have a way to cancel subscriptions (the
main package)
Review of Airtel Nigeria
Kudos to the development team. They resolve issues on time. | have a major complaint. I have 2 Airtel routers with 2 separate numbers. If I need to login to my app with those numbers, I must put my SIM into my smartphone just because of the
Auto-verify OTP option. I can view the OTP using the homepage of the routers but I can't use them except the SIM is on my phone. There should be an option to manually input your OTP. Even though all my numbers are linked, I'd love to seamlessly switch.
