Review Time
Since January ending, this network has been terrible. I've hope for it getting better but this is two months now without solution. Country no good, bad internet service still add join. Make Una do something please. My money and job is on the line.
I complained about your services on twitter and only get a generic response without any solution. My subscription is running yet internet not working. You guys should do something to this network failure, it's costing me a lot.
My work is remote and here I am looking for network to do my job, it's not fair at all.

My experience with Airtel thanks app I have been using the Airtel thanks app for some time now and it been a game changer for me the app is super easy to use I can manage my account, recharge and pay bills with ease the app interface is clean and intuitive making it easy for me to navigate and find what I need I also love the exclusive offer and rewards section
I don't know if it's me or a general thing, whenever I check my airtel data balance it's always higher than it should be, it's like they are not quick to update ur new data balance after you have used your data for some time, you might think you have 1gig which they show you when you check your data balance without knowing it's like 500mb, it's misleading sometimes
4 star kpozaa for airtel, always turning up for me. I have being using airtel since I first started using Sim, so it's my first network, although they sometimes have their issues, which network doesn't, their network doesn't disappoint most times, like 7/10 for network stability. I also like that their smart cash app. Their data bundles are fairly okay too. My last sub via the smartcash app was 3k for 10gb although it was 15gb before the slash in data bundles. On average, airtel is good.
