Airtel’s speed and coverage are impressive when it works . Smooth browsing, clear calls, no doubt. But on some days, the network can be frustratingly inconsistent.
Hoping for more stability soon! Because its honestly getting annoying but the data plans are really cool and affordable
What really stood out for me is the pocket friendly data subscription. I mean airtel data services are very affordable, although their network fluctuates in some areas but the data bundle is what keep me on the go . I could easily use for my Internet surfing both on my Pc , phone. Very smooth while livestreaming no staggering.
Thumbs up for the huge service. I want to solicit for more flexible data bundles oo.
Airtel network in my area is a top notch, i have been using airtel for about a year now and i have been so much in love with it. It is very fast in term of browsing the only problem i have is that there is no prior notice if there is going to be any glitch. I hope they improve on that.
I have actually been using the network for the past 5 years, and I've been enjoying the services until recent times, early this year when I recharged and was not credited the actual amount recharged.
I tried reaching out to their customer's care, all to no avail.
Even had to visit their office, went there like 3 to 4 times with my newly born baby, and I still was not attended to.
Had to leave the office angrily and till date nothing was done
