LAPO Microfinance is too harsh when it comes to loan repayment. Their approach lacks empathy and puts unnecessary pressure on customers, even when challenges arise. While loan repayment is important, there should be better communication, understanding, and flexibility.
Review of First Bank of Nigeria
First Bank has been deducting money from my account without clear explanations, and it’s becoming very frustrating. These frequent and unexplained charges are unfair and disappointing. I expect better transparency and accountability from a trusted financial institution. Please look into this issue and refund any wrongful deductions.
Review of MTN Nigeria
MTN data has been draining too quickly, especially since January. Every bundle I subscribe to finishes faster than expected, even when my internet usage is low. This is very frustrating and makes it feel like I'm not getting the full value of what I paid for. MTN should look into this issue and improve their data services.
