I paid ₦64,000 for goods that were never delivered. The vendor, Steph-s House of Global Collections LTD, was unresponsive once the delivery deadline passed. I discovered they were using multiple accounts (Moniepoint 5355992607 and 8216735645) to move funds while avoiding my refund. I only got my money back after filing formal petitions with the CBN and FCCPC (Case FC03769). This business only acts when legal pressure is applied.
