Poor customer service

First bank customer service is poor,I had issues some weeks ago on the bank app( I sent money,was debited and the receiver didn't receive credit alert) ,I reached their customer care online,they couldn't provide solution and they asked me to go to branch office,got there spent hours to be attended to ,pls improve your customer care service
